Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
I started to use Concur a little while ago because my company chose it for the expenses. It was rolled out company-wide and Sales is definitely one of the main departments where people use it. We have a wide range of expenses ranging from travel to marketing to office management, so we use Concur for all of those.
Pros
- Can be used for the whole company
- Good support
Cons
- Takes times to get used to and train
- Not the best UI/UX
- Don't have to manually email finance with receipts
- Saves time by having all expenses in one place.
I used Expensify. I liked it. It is similar to Concur but more agile, I would say. Concur does receipt mailing well and gives you an option of breaking out the expenses so its easier to submit and easier for the Finance Team to work with.
It has solved a pain point that we had with not having a solution for expenses that would work across many departments and would have good support that we can rely on people reaching out to. Concur has helped us in all of those areas and has been a good solution overall.
It has been a good experience for us. I wish the UI/UX was a bit better and easier to use, but overall the experience has been good. Whenever we reached out to support they were very helpful and available. The Finance Team has also been happy with the results and not having to manually do the work.
