Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is being used by our company across the entire organization. Each associate is assigned at least one account, and if they hold a company credit card, they are assigned two accounts for expense reconciliation. We use Concur Travel and Expense in conjunction with Nexus for personal expense reimbursement and for tracking company credit card usage.

Concur Travel and Expense is just easier and more friendly to use than NexusPayables. Our accounting team does utilize both, but we use NexusPayables more for vendors than internally because Concur Travel and Expense is just great for what we need. We need a way for employees to submit personal expenses for reimbursement and a way for executives to use and reconcile company credit cards.
We use TripIt, which is an add-in app that integrates travel itineraries and receipts with Concur Travel and Expense so you don't have to. It is super simple to use and keeps executives organized and on-track, and it makes the lives of us assistants easier, too. I am sure there are other integrations available, but that's the only one we use.
Concur Travel and Expense has helped our organization evolve, grow, and adapt to our growing associate numbers. It keeps us organized and on-track, even with such growth. We have gone from a staff of 40 to 120 in 12 months, and Concur has assisted in keeping us grounded and organized as expenses have risen.
Concur Travel and Expense has benefitted users at our organization in terms of admin and/or employee experience because of its ease of use and ability to report expenses and reconcile company credit cards easily. Our executives and associates simply snap and upload pics of receipts from their phones, and they're loaded into the system and ready for reporting every month. No keeping/losing receipts or missing out from lost receipts.
