Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is being used as a quick and automated way to enter, keep, and submit our travel expenses on the go. Our field teams all work remotely and are constantly traveling, while our home team attends conferences and business meetings. Each side of the business benefits from getting expenses submitted and approved near immediately, saving time and getting expense costs back in their pockets.

Concur Travel and Expense is the first of its kind that I've used. Usually, everything in other companies has been a manual process. That always took a lot of time and there was more than one instance of human error. I loathed filling out expense reports previously, but with Concur, it's quick and easy!
We're a smaller company working under a larger company, and they hold all the keys to the proverbial castle. I don't really know what system we have in place to make all this work. I do know it's automated with our payroll system as the payout is in a matter of days not weeks.
I'd say the approval process alone has freed up quite a bit of time streamlining the entire process. Moreso we have fewer receipts that employees have to hunt for that are lost or missing. Time is the number one thing you get back from Concur, but also, quick reimbursement which at the end of the day is the number one thing everyone wants back.
We are all more comfortable with the entire process of incurring expenses. For myself, in a previous life, a lot of expenses I'd just eat because the submission process was bogged down and arduous. With Concur Travel and Expense, even if I'm just picking up a stack of copies--BOOM--receipt submitted with ease, even the mileage to go get said copies gets covered.

Yes - Mobile is the best way to use Concur Travel. It's not that the interface is difficult to use, it just takes time to learn what is just adding an expense vs submitting, and grouping them together to submit, etc.
