Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Concur Travel is used for travel arrangements such as hotels, flights, hotels, rental cars. This site has made things easier for myself and my admin assistant who books all arrangements. The problems that this solves is that it avoids having to go to several sites, instead everything is in one place.

Pros and Cons

It's fast, easy, and very user friendly

It would be great if incentives were offered for the number of times utilized
Provide the same prices that the actual rental agencies offer

Alternatives Considered

ADP Enterprise eTIME

I was not pleased with ADP at all. This site was not user friendly at all and had several glitches. In terms of expenses, it was difficult to get these in an organized fashion and in a timely manner. While it was not my decision nor did I have a part in the change I am glad it happened.

Concur Travel and Expense Integration

Our organization uses several different software. One of the software's that been very beneficial is SharePoint. SharePoint, can be used for single sign-on, managing corporate travel and project expenses. Since the program is set up by division, and department, it is also user friendly and makes finding things needed much easy.

Concur Travel and Expense has helped the organization evolve, grow and adapt. This platform has made things easier and less hectic for those of us who travel often. The platform has allowed for better time management (the emails are especially helpful when getting itinerary information.) I can't wait to see how the program evolves.

This program has decreased the time spent on having to do things by phone, etc. It is a very user friendly program. My admin uses this often to boon rooms for me, rent cars, and manage other accounts. The receipts are always on time and I have rarely had a bad experience using this system

Likelihood to Recommend

This site works well for those who travel several times a year. The site provides email itinerary's which are very helpful in keeping track of all trips. I know that wherever I am, I am able to locate my next destination, hotel, car, etc. just by reviewing my emails and itinerary. It's great.

Ease of Integration

Like anything, I think there are always challenges at the beginning and so migrating into any new system can cause some issues. Once the program has been set up and people become familiar with it, everything else seems to run rather smoothly. I have yet to hear complaints since the start of the program
