Ariba is difficult to use compared to Concur. It is not user friends. Lacks many features Concur has.
Our intranet is integrated with Concur. It is very easy from integration perspective. We were able to integrate in shorter time in our enterprise environment.
Expense management and AMEX card imports are useful. We were able to use across multiple organization[s]. This has been broadly adapted.
