We use it for Travel and Expense. Couples of uses
- Book travel including air/hotel and car
- Import expenses from Corporate card

- It categorizes automatically all the expenses.
- Is able to compare the hotels in specific distance / area from airport and office.
- Imports expenses from corporate card automatically.
- Remembers previous vendors.
- Able to save preferences.
- Attachments don't get uploaded in expense report sometimes.
- Cloud instance hangs. Have to frequently close.
- Some of the error messages are very generic. Difficult to understand.
- Savings are very significant.

Ariba is difficult to use compared to Concur. It is not user friends. Lacks many features Concur has.
Our intranet is integrated with Concur. It is very easy from integration perspective. We were able to integrate in shorter time in our enterprise environment.
Expense management and AMEX card imports are useful. We were able to use across multiple organization[s]. This has been broadly adapted.
We save plenty of time and money with Concur. This is one useful tool which has helped in cost reduction across organization.
