It's used by [the] company across all departments. All travel expenses have to get recorded [and] approved in Concur Travel and Expense. It help[s] to streamline approval process for travel and expenses.

SAP ERP . Since both belong to same company the integration was very smooth. It pulls budget codes & categories from ERP, [and] employees' information from Peoplesoft.
Mobile app helped employees save lot of time on doing entries. People can enter expenses on the fly as they move. It made employees and different group leader responsible and accountable, since everything was visible and streamlined. It took [a] lot of workload from audit, accounting and finance groups.
It's easy to use web and mobile UI help employees to save time, manage itemized expenses, and get approval automatically. Employees getting reimbursed for their expenses make[s] them happy and confident about streamlined processes. They take overhead of processes, and running after people to get things done, which in fact help employees to focus on their work.
Large organisations where it's difficult to manage expenses and travel. Company with [a] lot of consultant and travelers. It won't be much help for small companies with very small set of business traveling categories.
