Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We are using Concur Travel and Expense throughout our organization. Everyone seems to be very happy about how seamless the whole process is. From initial travel expense to getting paid, everything is automated and takes very little time to review. Moving to this from a spreadsheet and paper receipts was a great thing for our organization.

Concur Travel and Expense provides a better overall solution for travel and expense. Their interface is very user friendly and employees are very happy with the mobile app. There are some issues here and there but everyone seems to get the job done. Employees are loving the direct deposit feature, as now they do not have to wait for the paper check through mail.
We are currently using Concur Travel and Expense as a standalone product but we do have plans to integrate it with our payroll and accounting system in the future. We are happy with Concur Travel and Expense even as a standalone product.
It has helped our accounting team tremendously, as it takes them less time and effort to process reimbursements and most of the tasks are automated. They are happy that they do not have to wait for the faded paper receipts to come through mail. The processing time is much faster, which is making every employee happy. The user interface for the admin and the mobile app for the user is pretty intuitive.
It has definitely improved our operation. Employees are happy with the experience and the accounting team now has to spend less time processing reimbursements. Our employees did not like the manual process we had before and are now very satisfied with the automated process we were able to implement through Concur Travel and Expense.
