Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We currently use Concur throughout the organization for all of our travel and expenses. This is a centralized place for all transactions to happen without having several different vendors being used per the individual's discretion. This also allows the company to select vendors they would like to utilize.
- One locations for all travel and expense needs.
- Allows for you to allocate expenses throughout your organization as needed.
- Allows for your company to select preferred vendors to manage cost.
- Allows for employees to utilize reward point programs.
- Interface can be a little outdated.
- Choppy transition between fields at times, this could be the design for the company as well.

We have used Concur for so long it is hard to remember what we used before. Maybe Webexpenses but unsure on that. Concur has always given us what we need that there has never been a reason to want to look for a different platform or vendor.
We are able to not only provide executive-level associates with access but all associates through our organization. It is a trusted platform that has been used for years. Employees are able to have the mobile version and use it at the time of purchase to track expenses and receipts. This has been a huge win for us for tracking and audit purposes. We reduced the number of lost receipts or employees having to call vendors to see if they can get duplicate receipts. We are also able to select preferred hotel chains near our offices so when employees travel they are not guessing where to stay and these vendors integrate with Concur so all expenses and receipts are uploaded for us. This software cuts down the processing time and we are able to get payments made in a timely fashion.
