Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense was being used company-wide to manage business trips. We are able to book lodging, air, and car rentals all in one location. It made it easier to book travel for business via hub rather than booking everything separately. Before Concur, we had to call hotels directly to ensure they had our lodging rate. Concur made it easier to book and ensure we were booking the right hotel with the company rate.

- Customer service is very helpful.
- The expense side of the software is a bit clunky. Requires to many mouse clicks to get to what you need.
- Error messages on the expense report aren't clear.
- Making changes to a submitted expense report is a bit difficult and time consuming.
- Saves time when booking travel air, hotel, and car rental all in one place.
- Stores corporate card transaction for expense tracking.
- Expense workflow is clunky and not intuitive.
Concur has been the only travel and expense tracking software we've used.
TripIT works seamlessly and pulls all my bookings into one itinerary. This is really helpful especially when you have juggle multiple confirmation #'s, schedules, etc.
Concur has helped the company evolve when it comes to business travel. Its less time consuming and we no longer have to manually fill out expense reports and keep receipts handy. It has allowed us to effectively and efficiently book travel and keep track of expenses along the way.
It has tremendously elevated the employee experience as its no longer a hassle to book travel. Its saved time and been a super convenient tool to use.
