Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
At my company, we use Concur Travel and Expense to book all of our travel and to manage all of our expenses from any business trips. Concur addresses or tries to solve the issue of managing company-paid travel and expenses in an organized manner. Concur also allows third-party travel companies to provide deals for utilizing them as their preferred vendors.
- Provides everything a user needs to book travel and manage expenses
- User friendly and strait forward concept
- The UI is definitely outdated and the site needs a major face lift
- When trying to book a hotel, Concur shows you hotels you are not even allowed to book. Why show these? Just don't show those
- When recording an expense, it's not as simple to split the expense with another co-worker within the same company. There needs to be a way to make it more efficient and straightforward
- It has definitely not made it any more efficient for me to get reimbursed
- I do like that Concur allows you to enter bank information, so your reimbursement doesn't have to be bundled with your paycheck. So it makes it separate
- The process to get approval for my travel makes it convoluted
I prefer Zoho Expense so much better. It's easy to navigate through the platform and it's very straightforward. No need to get approval for all trips so involves [fewer] people. This allows for a more efficient and smooth process for business travel. Zoho also has a better and more modern GUI, which makes me think that they really care about the user experience.
I don't really find any feature innovative or great
I don't find any benefits to using Concur. I don't like Concur because it doesn't provide the user with the freedom to book travel in one straight shot. The reimbursement process is also really tedious.
