Manage your business travel expenses with Concur Travel and Expense

We mainly use Concur Travel and Expense to track and manage travel expenses across our organization. It has made it very easy for our employees as well as the admin team to generate and keep track of trip requests and their accompanying expenses. We can also integrate third-party travel platforms like TripIt.

SAP ERP is one of the modules that we have integrated with Concur Travel and Expense, it was a very seamless process and we were able to create a unified platform where data can be shared effectively to optimize our processes. The integration facilitates data synchronization between the SAP Concur platform and
our business system to automatically create journal entries or
invoices.

Since the implementation of Concur Travel and Expense we have been able to efficiently manage, track, and create reports allowing our organization to grow greatly. Maintaining travel invoices was a very cumbersome task earlier but now it has been greatly automated thereby streamlining the entire process. Also, the reimbursement process has become faster now which benefits our employees.

Concur Travel and Expense has very well served its purpose as per our organization's needs as and when required. As mentioned earlier, the process has become streamlined wherein the employee can raise requests easily and the admin can easily approve those requests. The experience so far has been pretty commendable.
