Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

I am a management consultant and we used the system in Deloitte extensively. I do Monday to Thursday travel and this was a great product to ease our expensing life. I really liked the smart connect feature to match receipts to expenses. Game changer.

Much better. In chrome finding WBS is painful.

The Smart Connect feature is really useful. But so much scope to improve.
I am the end-user too, great experience. I wish Accenture used the same tool.

It is a great tool to just click my receipt as I go around my day at the client site but if I am doing some travel over and over the product should make recommendations based on my travel history. E.g I do 6months same client with the same type of expenses.
