Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur solution for travel requests & travel expense requests and approvals. This product has solved problems related to tracking and approvals of travel and expense requests of employees. Now I can raise requests and get them approved very easily. Claiming of expenses is also very easy and attachment preview is the most useful feature of this solution. Apart from that finance team can track and put all these financial transactions in their books. We can map these requests to a particular entity / business unit.

We have integrated Concur solution with Active Directory and SuccessFactors tool for employee provisioning on Concur for single sign-on and also to include the employees in a particular business unit group to keep track of financial reports of that particular business unit.
