Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur Travel and Expense to track and log all expenses that users from the company uses. This can be with travel, company expense, or with any user subscription that they may need. This helps us tremendously as it tracks all expenses and helps us have a centralized location that we can use with SAP to build reports and for auditing purposes.
- It tracks travel expenses.
- It helps with booking of flights and hotels.
- Helps search for best price and time of travel bookings.
- I have had issues with the cost center and different department allocations. It would be nice if these were already mapped out.
- I would also like to have the app work a bit more seamlessly with the online version. There are times things do not correlate across the platforms.
- It would be nice to have an open report to have things automatically update.
- This tool does save time when it comes to tracking all the expenses in a centralized report.
- It also saves a lot of space, as you can take a live picture for your expenses and not have to worry about the receipt.
- It is great for end-of-year reporting as you can see all the expenses that a user has taken within the year.
We use JDE and SAP with our Concur Travel and Expense system.
It's streamlined plenty of our auditing and accounting processes.
It helps them keep track of their receipts and documents by providing a streamlined and centralized method of submitting the reports.
