Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

I use Concur for my travel expenses and especially ExpenseIT makes the process of handling receipts very efficient.

SAP ECC. The native integration between SAP ECC and Concur is very strong. Internal orders and cost centers are sent seamlessly to Concur and expense report is posted in SAP in a very efficient.

The handling of receipts right after purchase is genius. Also the matching against credit cards transactions is really helpfull.

It is easy to build a template and then deploy across units. We have deployed our template to multiple units. Using a template, makes is easy to do the administration afterwards. We try also to limit the number of expense types, so it easy for admins to support. I like the scaleabillity a lot.
Some apps are easy to activate, others not.
