Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
Our company uses Conductor tool to monitor keyword and content performance for our site. We are able to monitor performance on a weekly basis, compare to and confirm with analytics data from other platforms, and track campaign performance for our team as well as campaigns for other teams across the organization such as social, paid, public relations, and editorial. The data provided by the tool, as well as the reports available in the tool, are shared with various departments across the organization.
- The level of service from our customer representative and account manager is exceptional. Questions and requests we have are attended to in a timely manner and it is evident that their #1 priority is their customer. The customer service they provide is value-added.
- Conductor keeps up with customer needs and industry demands by ensuring their tool is best in class. They seek customer input and suggestions and are transparent about their product road map for the tool.
- The Conductor team stays ahead of industry demands by ensuring their tool can answer current and upcoming industry issues - for example, they developed a "true traffic" component to their tool as a way to address the "not provided" issue.
- It would nice to see a more robust reporting suite for mobile keyword/content tracking.
- A more frequently updated backlink reporting suite would be beneficial as the tool provides updated backlink and domain data every quarter. Monthly updates would be of more benefit to the user.
- Many of the recommendations provided by the Conductor tool are not actionable due to site structure or company requirements. It would be nice to have the option to dismiss unnecessary/unactionable recommendations and potentially request more relevant recommendations.
- We were able to determine root page causes for keyword rankings / traffic drops to a specific section of our site.
- We were able to increase rankings to keywords of low-hanging fruit opportunity.
- We were able to track success metrics for new campaigns.
While the Conductor tool and BrightEdge tool are very similar in nature, the level of customer service is no match when it comes to the Conductor company. The customer is their #1 priority and it is has been evident from the time before we purchased the tool up until today. Their level of service has never wavered and in fact, has only gotten better! Their tool has also continued to improve and keep up with technology.
