Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Our marketing department uses conductor to enhance our organic search channel and for guidance in optimizing our product listing ads (shopping).

Pros

  • Great insights into search terms that we're tracking.
  • User interface is easy to grasp.
  • Output (reports) is very user-friendly.

Cons

  • Competitive intelliscope could be more robust. The data is somewhat thin from a holistic point of view.
  • Would be great to see what search terms we're ranking for regardless of whether or not we're tracking the terms.
  • Would be great to see what search terms our competitors are tracking for regardless of whether or not we're tracking the terms.
  • SEO reporting is definitely easier with Conductor
  • The various tools make it easier to maintain and/or increase search results rankings
The customer support team is extremely responsive and very helpful.
Each product has it's own unique use.
Works well when you have a good idea of what your search traffic looks like. But not so much if you're trying to fill in gaps.

Using Conductor Searchlight

Workspaces make using and accessing the data extremely easy. Although sometimes it's difficult to remember exactly where the reports in the workspaces come from.
