Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Currently I am using Conductor to help optimize our content creation process -- searching for keywords that clients and prospects in each of our industries are using. Also use it for recruiting purposes.
  • Conductor has been among one of easiest keyword search tools to use (more user-friendly than other platforms)
  • Range of analytics for keyword selection; insights offered
  • Customer success manager Shiza has been very helpful in walking us through new platform features
  • Creating new worksheets for grouping together site analytics has been challenging
  • We've driven a significant amount of organic traffic to our website in the last three months alone thanks to our CSM and new SEO strategy. Hiring a part-time SEO content manager has also helped with this success
The data has been particularly useful for us, particularly in areas where Conductor assists with competitor analysis and determining how crowded a particular search space or industry is.
We're continuing to work on building the relationship between our SEO strategy and thought leadership/business marketing teams for content creation (this has been a challenge but it's a work in progress).
Great! We love Shiza, our CSM, and her support for our group has been unquestionably helpful. The one-on-one sessions for dashboard development have been particularly helpful.
Conductor has been particularly helpful in helping us to optimize content creation and creating meta data for content that had not previously been optimized.

Workspace has not been the easiest tool for us to navigate in recent months, but working with our CSM to develop that capability.
