We use it for sign and send on our Plan Administration Agreements, First set of Documents (Reinsurance, Investment Agreement, Disbursement Agreement)

Pros and Cons

Pros

Audit- who has looked but not yet signed
Sending emails along every step of the way
when combined with Batch, it's great for getting all existing clients signed to an updated Admin Agreement

Cons

Perhaps email notification preferences (but honestly folks should use emails rules and filters)
perhaps a low impact way to get internal sign offs from Stakeholders - I.e. we could use Conga Sign for internal sign off on initiatives and deliverables

Return on Investment

We are growing our Strategic Partners and each requires a signed agreement, very essential to growing our business
We need to update our Plan Administration agreements and having automation for getting and tracking all of the signatures is vital
Conga Sign is good enough for all our use cases so we don't have to worry about using 3 or 4 solution platforms to gather signatures.
