Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
My team uses ConnectWise to help our customers when they have tech issues. We have thousands of clients all around the world and they are all in different time zones. ConnectWise allows my IT and support team to assist with our clients whenever they need help, whether they are in China or the US. We've also helped decrease our ticket responses.
- Connects instantly, very easy to use and compatible across all OS and devices.
- Remote access has been extremely helpful for my in-house team as well as offshore team. File transfers are super simple with this program.
- We use remote meetings a lot, it helps streamline our teams both international and domestic. The file transfer tools are also extremely easy to use to share with not only our internal teams but clients.
- The price is a bit expensive, would be nice to have more flexibile plans
- Wrike seems to offer some additional features which ConnectWise does not
- When clients enter a code into the web portal they can't just hit an enter key but have to click the arrows.
- The quality of performance including performance has increased our turn around time and efficiency with clients.
- We are able to more in less time, very fast access and allows us to get into our clients' computer asap and diagnose the issues.
- Very easy to create support sessions and having users connect is great.
