Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Currently, it is being solely used by myself and I'm rolling it out still. It helps with the department being short-staffed Not having to walk around for every little thing is a huge time saver.

Pros

  • The client is lightweight which is perfect for environments that still support older hardware and software.
  • Very simple rollout process and quick install. We have a lot of computers so this was a real plus!
  • Dashboard is very informative and easy to navigate, literally didn't require training at all.

Cons

  • The only feature I would like to see is a more detailed auditing feature. As a corporate user, I would love to pull the information from the same place I am supporting them from.
  • Overall efficiency is really the only way it helped our small department. Remoting in, instead having to visit a desk for small issues helped a ton.
Kaseya Virtual System Administrator (VSA), LogMeIn Rescue, WebEx Meetings
Great for low budgeted and understaffed departments, similar products could have cost thousands more a year.
