Easy to use and doesn't break your pockets!
Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Currently, it is being solely used by myself and I'm rolling it out still. It helps with the department being short-staffed Not having to walk around for every little thing is a huge time saver.
Pros
- The client is lightweight which is perfect for environments that still support older hardware and software.
- Very simple rollout process and quick install. We have a lot of computers so this was a real plus!
- Dashboard is very informative and easy to navigate, literally didn't require training at all.
Cons
- The only feature I would like to see is a more detailed auditing feature. As a corporate user, I would love to pull the information from the same place I am supporting them from.
- Overall efficiency is really the only way it helped our small department. Remoting in, instead having to visit a desk for small issues helped a ton.
