Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ConnectWise allows us to remotely support our clients, some who are located over an hour from our office.

Pros

  • I like the option to integrate the code entry screen into our own website for easy access by the customer.
  • ConnectWise works on almost all networks regardless of firewall.
  • I like the ability to choose different viewing modes for networks that have slower connections.
  • The file transfers are very easy to accomplish.

Cons

  • I can't think of anything that would improve the product, unless you made it cheaper. :)
  • The biggest ROI for me is regaining time back for my technicians who can now handle more calls, some simultaneously, without leaving the office.
ConnectWise has been well suited for all of our remote support needs; I have not had a scenario where it was not helpful.
