Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
ConnectWise allows us to remotely support our clients, some who are located over an hour from our office.
Pros
- I like the option to integrate the code entry screen into our own website for easy access by the customer.
- ConnectWise works on almost all networks regardless of firewall.
- I like the ability to choose different viewing modes for networks that have slower connections.
- The file transfers are very easy to accomplish.
Cons
- I can't think of anything that would improve the product, unless you made it cheaper. :)
- The biggest ROI for me is regaining time back for my technicians who can now handle more calls, some simultaneously, without leaving the office.
