Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We currently use ConnectWise Control as a remote help desk solution. We use it to remotely help staff. Our school district is geographically large, so it's been an invaluable resource for us.

- Easily deploy the host via GPO
- Text chat with users is very handy.
- Email notifications of new sessions
- Text chat for Mac users doesn't have the area where you can type clearly defined. I've had many users where I've initiated a text chat on the Mac, and they're quite clueless as to where to begin typing. Once I point it out, it's clear - but it should be more distinct.
- We have had a decrease in travel and mileage claims.
