Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We currently use ConnectWise Control as a remote help desk solution. We use it to remotely help staff. Our school district is geographically large, so it's been an invaluable resource for us.
  • File Transfers
  • Easily deploy the host via GPO
  • Text chat with users is very handy.
  • Email notifications of new sessions
  • Text chat for Mac users doesn't have the area where you can type clearly defined. I've had many users where I've initiated a text chat on the Mac, and they're quite clueless as to where to begin typing. Once I point it out, it's clear - but it should be more distinct.
  • We have had a decrease in travel and mileage claims.
We selected CWC for price and it's feature set.
ConnectWise Control is very suitable for users wanting a very simple, clean and elegant remote support solution.
