Overall Satisfaction with Control-M

It automates our batch processes. It has removed errors found in manual process. Under our previous functions, there was a lot of manual input. With Control-M, this takes the pressure off the manual operator and completes batch successfully. It also gives us the use of a calendar system to better specify when work is completed

300 - We have a small operations team that would use Control-M every day. This is vastly improved the daily work of this team. We also have a team of approx 250 that work on the development side that use our development instance to create and update batch and improve processes for the department.
Control-M is a very user friendly tool for the basic operator. It’s also very friendly to those creating batch. Outside of that it gets a bit more complicated on the administrator side, but there are tools and community available if there are questions.

Control-M has given us the benefit of working with external agencies through its managed file transfer system. This has enabled us to work beyond our previous scope of work and brought the ability to bring us to the next level. Where it has slightly fallen short is the calendar options being very limited.
