Overall Satisfaction with Conversica

We use Conversica as a way to follow up with new leads and lost leads and opps. We use it for the Sales/Marketing Department. This helps speed to lead and continuous follow up so sales reps can focus on demos.

I think that they have good support but they sometimes lack catching red flags and alerting the customer of it
This took way longer than we wouldve liked but after it was implemented we have had continued support.
Conversica is really well suited to engage leads that would usually be seen as lost.
