Handy CRM tool with Gmail integration and customization
Overall Satisfaction with Copper
Copper is our primary CRM. We use the tool to track potential clients, current clients, and past clients. I love that it tracks through Gmail and keeps a record of email communication. At this time we are a team of one utilizing Copper, but have used multiple users in the past and appreciate the tracking. They are always working to offer additional training and support options. A good tool.

- Allows customization for the pipeline
- Filters allow for narrowing in on certain activities or tasks
Cons
- Set-up and training were lacking when I started using the platform years ago. Leading to a slower understanding of all of the potential features.
- I'd prefer the option to add additional emails to the system without needing to add a user. For example, the support email in addition to our main CRM user.
- This has allowed me to put all customers into one tracking system and offer multiple layers of follow up.
