Overall Satisfaction with Copper
I utilize Copper CRM for operations for a social media content creation business. We use it to organize all of our brand relationships, track brand deals, and the pipeline stage for each brand deal until completion. Having the value of each deal also allows us to track revenue.

Cons
- Integration with other platforms to add contacts like what Folk does
- A more modern and clean design. It does feel slightly dated
- Would love to have more integrations with other platforms like Kick, Mercury, etc.
- Made it a lot easier to keep track of open opportunities to keep on track
- Made it easier to check up on payments
- Reduced the need for multiple subscriptions and combined it into one

I picked Copper because it integrates so easily with Gmail, and the cost was appropriate. HubSpot can become way too expensive over time.
