Overall Satisfaction with Coupa

Coupa was implemented about two years ago to replace a dated homegrown expense system companywide. It was chosen for its integration abilities and ease of use, leading to very generous adoption around the company. The ease of use and beautiful UI/UX make the expensing portion easy for all employees and take a lot of the guesswork out of the process.

Coupa is a great tool and I would recommend it to anyone looking at it. I enjoy that it can be customized and has smart functions; I like the additional modules that allow for scaling and growth and that the user interface is great. It's an easy tool for novices to use and guides you through the process as you go. I don't have anything bad to say.
