Overall Satisfaction with Coupa Unified Spend Suite

Coupa is being used across our entire organization for all procurement, sourcing, invoicing, expenses and inventory tracking. It helps all the teams involved working with vendors to keep track of spending and budgeting across the entire organization. All spend and budgeting is logged through all departments. It also helps the team control and manage spend.

Pros

  • Key feature for our organization is to control and manage spend.
  • Tracking budget and seeing insights into how our organization is spending money is critical.
  • Ease of use was crucial for all end users. I can submit invoices and track where they are in the process easily.

Cons

  • Seeing individual spend history can be difficult.
  • System is slow. It takes several seconds to search for different items in our instance of Coupa.
  • Configuration is is not there yet.
  • Higher productivity since Coupa is easy to use.
  • More efficient spending.
  • Reports.
Coupa does well compared to its competitors. Coupa has an easy to use interface. It's an all cloud based, SaaS. Reporting in Coupa is also above the competition. Coupa also requires less maintenance, upgrades are automatic and we don't need to worry about being on the latest version. Coupa is one of the top vendors in the space!
My use of Coupa revolves around submitting invoices from different vendors I work with. Once submitting an invoice, Coupa will go through an approval chain that gets to the right people. Everything is logged in Coupa and it keeps track of the budget and spend well for our organization.
