Overall Satisfaction with Creatio
We were looking for an advanced solution that would help us create tailor-made solutions and increase operational efficiency. SFA was one of the major requirements. With Creatio, we consolidated all customer data, tuned lead and opportunity management using business rule capabilities, and streamlined the sales process. The system enabled us with an electronic archive to store necessary documentation. We created custom workflows for product management and customer onboarding. Creatio also helps us rapidly manage internal employee requests.
