Our previous solution didn’t provide us with the ability to build new processes. Having realized those
limitations, we opted for a new tool that would support our growth. For us, Creatio is a foundation for
designing and management of all internal business processes. We customized our lead and opportunity
management processes, automated complex compliance processes, and customer onboarding. Tailor-
made dashboards help us track the efficiency of our operations and discover bottlenecks. We run
campaigns using the Marketing module and utilize a self-service portal to manage internal requests.
