Overall Satisfaction with Creatio

Creatio provides a single customer view and helps us manage customer-facing processes from lead management to client assignment and onboarding. By integrating Creatio with a range of our in-house applications, we achieved a unified digital ecosystem that improved collaboration between different departments and boosted operational efficiency.
  • Creatio's out-of-the-box capabilities are a great asset to start with and low-code and no-code tools - to proceed with.
  • The platform enables business users to develop custom workflows to match the unique needs of the business.
  • The system interface could be more adjustable, i.e. would be nice to hide all the fields that I don’t use.
  • We haven’t used Creatio to its full potential yet, but we already see how the system streamlined internal collaboration and customer-facing workflows.
