Overall Satisfaction with Creatio
In my organization, Creatio is mainly used in the sales and marketing departments. Based on my experience, Creatio has enhanced a positive impact on revenue maximization by managing and automating sales processes and workflow.
- Automating both B2C and B2B sales cycle processes.
- Analytics and forecasting functionalities help measure sales anf operations metrics.
- Low code CRM environments simplify workflow and sales procedures through automation.
- Creatio offers an extensive range of CRM tools, but the vendor hasn't fully documented all features.
- Communication between sales representatives, vendors, and customers helps improve sales.
- Automating the sales process has allowed us to land more deals via opportunity management tools.
- No coding or manual sales processes are involved, hence we make zero errors when enhancing sales procedures.
- Oracle CX Sales (formerly Oracle Engagement Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud)
Although we haven't totally removed Oracle CX Sales, it's less effective due to its outdated sales marketing capabilities unlike Creatio, which offers robust tools at a lower cost.
