We use Crelate as our database to track all of our recruiting activities. Crelate was designed to help recruiting firms track business development activities as well as candidate recruitment.
- Very good resource to track and organize client business development
- Very customizable to allow you to modify the activities to you preference
- Great training and support to help you customize your processes
- Would love the option to add profile pictures
- Crelate has allowed me to customize my recruiting process for business development. This will be a great ROI moving forward.
- Crelate links all candidates to the company that they work for. This is extremely important to quickly identify profiles in the database with the companies that they work for. Sounds simple but very important!
- Quickly interfaces with LinkedIn to important candidates. This makes importing candidates quick and easy!
