Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass
For us, CrowdCompass is used as the event app for our annual conference only. We do not currently use it for any other events as they are much smaller - however, I look forward to one day using the app to be a branded container for all of our events.
The CrowdCompass app allows us to integrate the entirety of a program into someone's phone - offering a quick review of all the session offerings as well as additional background information that was not/will not be printed. We have been able to send out special information for specific registration types as well, allowing for personalized communication through a generic app.

- Easy to navigate - it's clear based on best practices from the app industry where to place information, what information to have standardized.
- Very easy to integrate information from Cvent as well as updated directly
- Great extended features - like hidden icons that only appear once you log in!
- Always updating and adding new features to enhance the product
- It's sometimes too structured.
- The help section on the back end is VERY hard to use.
- The largest part of ROI that we've gotten is return of staff member time - it takes a staff member less time to find information in the app for sharing with a participant than to look in a paper program.
- Because we can update last minute changes in the app after the program (ugh I know) has gone to print, it's saved us from having to update a printed program on-site.
