Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass
It is being used in our Meeting & Events department on a per-client basis. We sometimes need clients to use an app for check-in and calendars.
Pros
- Ease of use.
- Helps with a specific business problem.
- Attractive looking app.
Cons
- The connection of appointments did not work properly all of the time.
- Sometimes it can be a little confusion as to where to go direction ally.
- Happy clients.
- Happy attendees.
I've used a variety of products but I like that CrowdCompass is connected to Cvent - as I am comfortable/confident with the entire company. It's nice to go to Cvent and be able to use it for several areas in my meeting planning.
