Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Abstract Management
We use Cvent Abstract Management within the sales and marketing departments of my organization. This software helps us coordinate publishing events within local communities. We are able to efficiently send out email invites and e-reminders as well as post-event data collection. Cvent truly does help to make the planning process a smooth one.
- Creates event agendas.
- Auto generates invites and reminders to attendees.
- Handles attendance selections.
- Would love to add a feature that allows for more customization of invites.
- Would like a more seamless process to approve or reject speaker submissions.
- Would like more topics added for reviewing standards to be based off of.

We have mainly focused on Cvent products. They are the leader in their industry and their products are top-notch. We knew we wanted to add more Cvent software to our portfolio so they are all we chose to consider this time around. We are very pleased with our decision.
