Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Used by the Marketing Department for all events where money is being accepted or where we need a more comprehensive registration process than a yes/no response.

  • Easy registration = less abandoned registrations.
  • The event website allows people to find out needed info without needing to contact our marketing department each time.
  • Ability to do surveys after the event and learn about what attendees would like to see improved upon.
I haven't used any other event management tool. For simpler events, we use a separate email platform and track registrations manually. Moving to Concep to do more simple events going forward.
Well suited in any scenario where you need to accept payments from registrants or where you want to have a webpage set up for the event. Great for more complicated events where there are different registration paths, optional items, etc. Because of the fee per registrant, it's not the best option for free events or internal events.
