Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent Event Management is critical for planning our internal events as well as our external customer events. Cvent helps our team to manage every detail of our events, from dietary needs to travel booking. With so many moving pieces, Cvent allows us to collect every single detail and roll-up reporting to our senior leadership team at a moment's notice (yay for reporting and planner alerts!).

  • Even more reporting would be great (being able to share dynamic report links without having to add non-users to the user portal).

While I know I don't use Cvent Event Management to its full capability (yet), Cvent is perfect for creating a robust registration website and user experience. Being able to create scheduled email touchpoints from the point of registration to the event start date is fantastic!
