Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use it to manage multiple events. The business problems I mainly focus on would be the onsite solutions within Cvent. But we use Cvent all the way from the registration website build, exhibitor management, crowd compass, mobile application, attendee hub, passkey, and OnArrival. It would depend on which services are contracted with the respective clients we have that would depend on what services we use within the platform.

  • Reporting tools need a report builder functionality where we can build a report with any/all data points collected within Cvent and the ability to organize the data how we see fit.
  • Designer tools like badge designer need snap functionality to align fields more cleanly, also conditional text needs to include if/else conditions.
  • OnArrival needs to be more robust and capable of copying advanced logic for new registrations.
  • OnArrival needs to be able to also print tickets along with a badge
