Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent to organize various meetings, webinars, conferences, etc., and it helps streamline the types of registrants and the specific content they need to see while registering. I love how customizable Cvent is and how easily customer support is approachable. Two different teams can use Cvent differently, depending on the use case. While we use it for conferences and meetings, another department manages memberships, which is an integral part of the organization.

Cons

  • Being able to upload recorded videos from local files.
  • Being able to upload audio files to the website.
  • Lack of a data tag in the event email that can display the Speaker's associated sessions.
  • Cvent has helped in streamlining our event planning and execution processes.
  • Cvent has provided valuable insights and data that have helped us make informed decisions-especially cross event reporting.
  • Attendee satisfaction has notably improved due to the enhanced features provided by Cvent.
It is quite easy to use, understand, plan, and execute. And even if there's any technical or product-related issue we face, Cvent customer support is always available, and they follow up until the issue is resolved. Kudos to the team! Since I already have some exposure to Cvent, it's super easy for me. However, it has been easy for my colleagues as well, who are moderate users of Cvent.

We often run multi-day events with multiple sessions, meetings, fun sessions, and workshops. Cvent supports seamlessly scheduling and organizing various sessions. The platform allows for detailed session management, attendee scheduling preferences, and personalized agendas, which enhance the attendee experience and ensure smooth event operations. It's also great to produce customized badges using the data tags.
