Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
Cvent is being used by the MICE department in my organization. It helps our customers register to events and ease the payment process, while helping us building the website, the registration form and invitations. I’ve been working with Cvent since 2019. I can't remember how we used something else before Cvent Event Management!
Pros
- Site Designer is a wonderful tool to ease the website building process.
- The responsive website that fits for all types of computers and phones is a must!
- PNR management is a time saver!
Cons
- A translated site designer instead of language management
- Multi-destination flights in air requests
- Visibility logic between Flight Request and Air Actual widgets
- Modification of the registration without going through all the pages
- Include sessions to specific registrants, not all
- New clients interested in our platform!

20 - We are all in the MICE department in the travel agency. We're mostly working with clients to organize multiple incentive events. So, we are all creating events, managing rooming, booking flights and activities. Some are travel expert, some are technology expert and some are flight expert. But, we're all working with Cvent to manage registrations.

We were working manually before. Registrations, bookings, extensions, everything was done manually. With Cvent Event Management, everything can be done on the same platform, everything is related. It doesn't feel like we keep repeating the same thing over and over again because everything is linked. That was our main goal.

No, we didn't purchase premium support. I've been in the implanting team since the beginning, so I know my way around the platform. I have been able to help everyone in the team so far. If we get stuck, we just contact the standard Cvent Support and that has been enough.
