Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Social Tables

Social Tables is used in one department at my organization. It is used to accurately create floor plans and review spaces for various meetings and events. It's much easier than trying to create your own diagram in word or another program.

  • Provides accuracy
This is the only program that I have used for room layouts. Otherwise, I would find a manual way within Word.
I have only used support a couple of times but have had positive experiences each time.

It works for several venues that you have a template for, as you have the size of the rooms, tables, etc., but isn't always useful for random venues or locations. For using for a miscellaneous venue, it's not always the quickest or easiest solution. It can be easier to just draw out a layout.
