Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use D&BFA for company/individual information and conflict checks. This vehicle searches our prospective new clients for their company, financial and any adverse information we require to approve. This is extremely important in my job as a conflicts analyst, as we rely upon this information when researching potential new clients.

Support Rating

Any support/issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. As with any product there can be teething problems when first using the website and products offered but any initial issues were dealt with efficiently and did not affect business. The problems were mainly due to log-in issues and password but again these were resolved within 24 hours and did not delay the work I had to undertake.

This is an excellent service. D&B always provide accurate information and details regarding business companies and individuals. I have never seen an incorrect report and where there is no information available, D&B make this clear and are very precise about exactly the information you hold about each company or person.
