Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers

We use D&B Hoovers as a lead generation tool. It has been a very helpful tool in helping us find qualified leads that fit our appropriate demographics and locations. It has been especially helpful in finding contacts and companies that we had little insight into and has helped us qualify them as an appropriate leads.

Most of the time, D&B Hoovers is able to return the data that we require. It often does not have robust information available for smaller companies, and sometimes the information is out of date. For example, if an employee leaves an organization, their email may be out of date, or their record has not been updated.
The filters D&B Hoovers offers do allow us to find the companies we are looking for. This tool is especially helpful when a company has multiple locations or branches. We are able to filter to a specific region, or by a specific keyword, to find the information we are looking for.

D&B Hoovers is well suited for rounding out a contact or company list. It has a large database, and the information you are looking for can usually be found easily. Some information for smaller companies is not readily available, and there is sometimes out-of-date information listed. Overall, it is a great tool to find the company information you are looking for.
