Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it collaborately with our employees and various departments.
We have also had multiple Dashlane trainings that goes over how to share/create strong passwords to avoid phishing websites etc.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Create complex passwords
Create groups within the org to share passwords with
auto-populate for forms
works well with most websites although sometimes it gests forms confused.

Cons

Form recognition
Its a bit annoying having to create passwords again as the generator did not prompt to update existing password
sending user passwords requires you add individual first. This can be better.

Return on Investment

It has made it easier for employees to have strong passwords across all our sites
It has made it easier for new employees to gain access without needing the password itself
Offboarding has also been impacted by improving deativation of accounts.

It is fairly easy to use Dashlane. It provides excellent features like a password generator that can be generated based explicitly on desired characters, symbols, numbers, or all.
This has made creating passwords more complex and, in turn, helped overall company security when utilizing sensitive platforms such as our lender platforms.

Overall Dashlane is great and does the job but every now and then it is a bit annoying as Dashlane confuses some forms and starts autofilling or does not let dropdowns work well because Dashlane overlays the prompts and we must go into Dashlane settings and pause it from popup on via the dedicated page. I hope that makes sense.
