Overall Satisfaction with Dashlane Password Manager

We use it as a password manager and as a share function. We obviously want to centralise where passwords are stored and ensure they are safe to rigorous standards. This allows our team to safely move on with their day, and access platforms as needed without needing to search for passwords.

Cons

  • Sometimes fills in on the wrong page
  • Interface can be mildly confusing at times
  • Generated passwords not following specific webpage rules
  • Security on password health
  • Easy to reset quickly
  • Easier getting others up to speed on platforms
Have previously used other platforms that are far less user friendly. They also didn't have the option to toggle between personal passwords and organisation logins which was frustrating as often everything is done in the same place. Didn't have the ability to save and share secret notes which has been great for basic codes or things that don't require a full login.
Better useability, ability to share notes and codes, easy to toggle between organisation and personal logins, ability to share to other users and revoke that access as needed, able to get updates on password health and how many passwords other people are storing, user friendly platform that creates a useful tool.

Yes

Perfect for work scenarios to store passwords either on an individual user level or as a firm-wide platform; allows us to easily share passwords to one platform, can easily reset passwords and understand if the password is likely to be hacked or breached by lack of complexity. Less likely to be needed on a personal basis if you already have another version of password saver, but an excellent tool nonetheless.
