Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

As a full-stack engineer, my engagement with DataMotion has been as a secure data exchange solution for our clients mainly in the healthcare and financial services industries. DataMotion handles the protection of sensitive data while enabling efficient communication and collaboration. In our organization, we use DataMotion's secure email, file transfer, and electronic faxing services to meet compliance requirements and ensure the secure exchange of sensitive information.

  • It has robust user management capabilities, allowing administrators to easily add, remove, and manage users within the platform
  • We can create a more seamless and integrated experience for users because it allows a high level of customization, including the ability to brand the platform with an organization's logo and color scheme.
  • DataMotion has limits on the size of files that can be transmitted through the platform.
  • It would be helpful if DataMotion could expand its integrations to include a wider range of third-party systems.
