Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

We use it to send personal documents and IDs to the human resource office. This is especially helpful because we deal a lot with international personnel and having DataMotion help securely transfer sensitive documents makes transactions feel a lot safer. In terms of access, it has a simple interface that is intuitive. None of the people I have used this platform with has ever had a problem using it.

It comes with simple instructions to send sensitive documents. We send the links through our regular outlook platform, and it seems to be working well.
It has helped our students feel safe sending sensitive documents.

It is well suited to send sensitive IDs and documents to an institution that hosts a lot of international students, researchers, faculties, and staff. A lot of these documents are required frequently in these setups, and having a trusted platform lets us perform our work with less stress and worry. It also has a tracking service which is pretty cool.
