Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion SecureMail

To my understanding, it's used as a HIPPA compliant secure portal to connect patients to their providers to discuss appointments, treatment, check-ins, and billing.

It is just as easy to use as any email or messaging service!
Security is very important in the mental health sphere, where we deal with sensitive information that is not only private but can sometimes be potentially dangerous if leaked.
It does the job of keeping communication secure when email cannot be used for whatever reason, and it is easy to attach documents when needed as well.
